I wasn't really planning on liking this (not that I normally plan how I am going to feel about books) because I had seen part of the miniseries and seen the film and just was not into it at all. Then Hank Green, brother of goodreads author John Green, started a webseries called the Lizzie Bennett Diaries. It's a modern day adaptation of the story and it is FANTASTIC. After just a few episodes, I realized, "I have to read this book". Partially because I always love getting the original source material and partially because I could not wait for the next episodes to find out what happened. And man, did the book deliver. I am so glad I read it and look forward to the rest of the LBD knowing what comes next!
